OVERVIEW: - Greet resident/guest and properly escort them to and familiarize them with the fitness center, pool, locker room, wet areas, juice bar and aquatic center. - Provide quality service and maintain a clean and well-stocked fitness, spa and locker room. - Adhere to and enforce all wellness rules and etiquette. - To respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner. - To achieve maximum resident/guest satisfaction and comfort. - To comply with all One Thousand Museums' policies and procedures. JOB FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES: - Greet resident/guest in all areas of wellness.
