Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced supervisor to join our team. You will be responsible for assisting a Food & Beverage manager with all aspects of the Playmakers Lounge. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy leading a team, we would love to hear from you. Qualifications: - Assists the F & B Manager in their absence with the day-to-day lounge operations through customer experiences, guest service, and daily operations - Support the Manager to select, hire, train, lead and manage staff - Ensure all team members have the necessary tools and equipment to perform his or her jobs efficiently - Oversee lounge to ensure employees are performing jobs to the established standards as set by management; - Maintain a presence on the floor and assist with every position as required in order for the shift to run efficiently; - Ensure Servers and Bartenders and other staff are motivated to perform duties to the highest level of excellence; - Lead, coach, encourage, inspire, train and motivate employees as necessary; - Respond to guest inquiries, concerns and complaints - Receive server and bartender cash-outs making sure each are accurate and correct and securin...
