Job Description: Your Role on Our Team The Operator I supports production by operating a variety of equipment to produce quality product per provided criteria and work instructions. This position is required to cooperate with other cross-functional departments to ensure and maintain part quality, proper procedure execution, a safe and productive work environment, and culture standards. Shift Hours: - 1st Shift Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:00pm - 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 3:00-11:00pm You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities: - Follow all safety policies and practice 6S standards to maintain a safe and clean working environment for all employees. - Identify and escalate potential safety risks on the floor. - Operate numerous types of equipment, independently or in a team environment, per the work instructions. - Utilize electronic devices (computer, iPad, etc.) daily to reference work instructions, control plans, visual criteria, in-process quality checks, and accurately log production numbers. - Perform repetitive tasks as needed and maintain production pac...
