For more information, visit: ircs.org/about About the role: The Seasonal Head Coach Coach for Girls Soccer will be responsible for coaching and mentoring student-athletes prior to and during the soccer season. The coach will focus on skill development, teamwork, and fostering a positive, inclusive environment that will contribute to their development as mature, able, and responsible Christians to the praise and glory of God in keeping with the Mission Statement. Essential Functions: - Lead daily practices, drills, and skill-building sessions for athletes. Develop and implement practice plans that enhance both individual and team performance.
