Job Description: **ONLY CANDIDATES WHO ARE PERMANENT IN THE CUSTODIAN TITLE WILL BE CONSIDERED***: We are looking for a responsible building custodian who can maintain our clean office space and assist with setting up our conference rooms for large presentations and business meetings. The building custodian will be responsible for all minor repairs to furniture and equipment at their assigned location. The ideal candidate will be experienced in a custodian role focused on building upkeep and proactively addressing office area issues and bathroom facility environment concerns. They must have great physical endurance to cover a large space. A keen eye for detail and diligence are also imperative in custodial maintenance jobs. The successful candidate will be required to respond to repair calls and work orders for such activities as replacing a broken light, cleaning up a non-toxic spill and removing damaged office furniture.
