Vitelli’s Upstairs in Surry Hills is a small, tight-knit kitchen focused on doing simple Italian food really well. No overcomplication, no egos — just good cooking, consistency, and a team that backs each other. We’re looking for a chef somewhere between Commis and CDP — someone with solid foundations who’s ready to step up or continue building confidence in a quality kitchen.
