You will help prepare clear and well‑structured investment summaries while supporting transaction‑related activities through research, opportunity pipeline tracking, and financial model maintenance. Responsibilities: Help update and maintain the valuation model by adjusting inputs, refreshing assumptions, and running simple scenario analyses. Check model accuracy by reviewing links, reconciling numbers, and flagging inconsistencies. Prepare short, clear one‑page summaries for potential opportunities, highlighting key facts, strategic rationale, financial context, and risks.
