Job Description We are seeking a driven and experienced Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Anderson, SC, supporting Vertiv’s rapidly expanding Busway production operations. This is a critical leadership role within our manufacturing facility, focused on driving operational excellence, team performance, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. POSITION SUMMARY: Assist in managing the production floor to produce the final product. Follow standard work methods and practice safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible. Train employees in proper work methods and procedures. Inspects products to verify conformance to specifications and directs setup and adjustments of machines or production lines. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Ensure proper staffing for the number of machines or production lines running i.e. shutting machines or lines down, sending employees home when necessary due to lack of work. - Responsible for ensuring that product quality meets specifications and criteria set forth by quality spec sheets and management expectations. - Communicate any concerns or changes in current processes to all employees. - Set prod...
