Work Shift: Second Shift - Somersworth (United States of America) Work Shift Time: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday Job Objective: Tactical coordination, alignment, and leadership of operational resources toward daily successful accomplishment of safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and materials utilization action plans and objectives, as is vertically integrated with strategy deployment objectives Essential Job Functions: - Supervise all production operations on an assigned shift within the facility including machinery, assembly, or material handling operations to achieve desired quality and operational output. - Monitoring daily schedule utilizing manufacturing and process controls - Organizing daily assignments and direct personnel to achieve productivity goals - Ensuring quality system compliance, timely MRB disposition - Work closely with Department Managers and/or Supervisors to achieve goals for each department in the organization. - Responsible for employee supervision, training, development and performance management.
