Job Description: The Material Damage Claims Adjuster is responsible for investigating and confirming the facts of loss for automobile accidents. This role determines coverage, liability, damages and otherwise adjusts and negotiates claims within authority. National General seeking an experienced Material Damage (MD) Claims Adjuster, preferably located in the CST or MST time zones. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, keen attention to detail, a metrics-driven mindset with the ability to meet performance goals and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
