Summary: The Software Developer will support the development, sustainment, and enhancement of advanced simulation software for a military training system. This role is ideal for a technically strong engineer with a cybersecurity or IT background who can also provide mid‑level leadership within a highly skilled development team. You will contribute to the architecture, implementation, debugging, and integration of simulation software while helping guide junior developers and strengthening team processes and technical rigor.
