A premier oceanfront condominium on South Ocean Boulevard in Palm Beach, Florida, seeks an experienced General Manager to serve as the senior on-site executive for its residential community. Working in: partnership with the Board of Directors and Campbell Property Management, the General Manager is responsible for the overall operational, financial, administrative, and physical management of the property. This includes daily building operations, regulatory compliance, vendor oversight, Board support, and coordination of major capital improvement initiatives. The Association: will be undertaking significant projects, including structural restoration, life safety system installation, building envelope improvements, parking and site upgrades, and interior modernization. The General Manager will serve as the Board’s on-site representative, ensuring disciplined project execution, sound financial stewardship, and protection of the Association’s long-term asset value. This position: oversees a team of approximately 12 on-site personnel, including administrative, maintenance, janitorial, and front desk staff.
