Our Wayland, NY, Gunlocke facility is hiring Temporary Members to support final production and operational needs as the facility transitions toward closure. These short‑term roles include a variety of general labor assignments ranging from entry‑level production support to more experienced machine operation and multi‑process manufacturing tasks. Responsibilities Temporary members will assist with day‑to‑day manufacturing activities such as operating equipment and machinery, production support and assembly, handling materials, performing quality checks, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment during the facility’s wind‑down period. Ideal candidates learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and help ensure smooth, efficient operations through the final stages of production.
