Your responsibilities accepting and processing home appliance orders from our business partners; checking the ability to deliver, possibly offering alternative solutions; clarifying customer complaints even in the event of an escalation; entry and release of credit notes and returns according to specifications; processing general administrative tasks of the department; active participation in implementation of improvements; potentialy supporting other markets. Our requirements: min. B2 level of Italian and English language; relevant work experience in customer service as an advantage; team player able to work in cross cultural team; flexibility in adaptation to fast changing working environment; ability to build relationships with business partners and customers; attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate results. experience working with SAP would be an additional asset.
