Established in 2013 and based in Sydney, Australia, White Fox has quickly become the go-to online fashion destination and is continuing to take over wardrobes everywhere. We are looking for a Lead Designer and Trend Forecaster to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for owning and delivering trend-led, commercially successful collections that align with White Fox’s brand aesthetic. - Lead seasonal trend forecasting across runway, street style, social media and competitors. - Identify and interpret macro and micro trends relevant to the brand’s customer. - Develop seasonal mood boards, key themes and collection frameworks for all collections. - Establish cohesive colour palettes, print direction and fabrication stories that flow consistently across categories. - Create original, on-brand designs aligned with customer profiles and brand DNA. - Oversee the design process from initial concept through to handover. - Lead and mentor the design team, managing timelines, planning and workload distribution to ensure critical path deadlines are met. - Provide structured guidance and de...
