Bring your energy to Aggreko as East Coast Sales Manager - Petrochemical & Refining based in East Coast Region, You’ll manage a team of sales representative that cover the petrochemical business. What you’ll do as East Coast Sales Manager: - Managing a remote sales team including setting, measuring, tracking sales performance and hiring of new sales reps - Covering the Lower 48 states - Set individual revenue targets (quotas) and drive their attainment throughout the Area while ensuring profitable sales - Maintain market awareness and stay in touch with market trends including economic, environmental, and competitive forces influencing the market - Enforce standards, monitor pricing practices, execute objectives, and hold team accountable for performance - Ensure effective adherence to company policies, procedures, and sales process - Drive functional sales initiatives and campaigns throughout sector in partnership with Marketing. - Effectively utilize authority for...
