Yulista Support Services LLC Regular: The Drafter IV provides direct technical support for US Army research operations. PRIMARY FUNCTION: Works closely with design originators in preparing drawings of unusual, complex, or original designs that require a high degree of precision. Perform unusually difficult assignments requiring considerable initiative, resourcefulness, and drafting expertise. Provide direct technical support for US Army research operations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Produces drawings to support manufacturing, assembly, installation and operations. Exercises independent judgement in selecting and interpreting data-based knowledge of the design intent. May interpret general designs prepared by others to complete minor details. May provide advice and guidance to lower-level drafters or serve as a coordinator and planner for large and complex drafting projects. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position may have direct reports or supervisory responsibilities. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES: Level V: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
