In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. In addition, you will be provided opportunities for continuous growth within the organization. Pay Range: $21.87 to $32.28 per hour - QUARTERLY INCENTIVE BONUS PROGRAM: PST’s may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics. Lead Incentive: $1.50 per hour: All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience and the terms of the collective bargaining agreement between Dynacare Northwest, Inc. and United Food and Commercial Workers Union, Local 21.
