We’re looking for people who put their innovation to work to advance our success – and their own. Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions. WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: Lead the quality assurance system: policies, procedures, control plans, document control, audits, ISO compliance, and certification programs. Oversee quality control performance: inspection processes, testing protocols, defect trends, and technician capability. Handle customer complaints, returns, and quality‑related communication. Lead root‑cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive‑action programs. Develop quality training programs for supervisors, technicians, and production teams. Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to reduce scrap, rework, and variation. Lead quality staffing, development, and resource planning. Report quality performance to plant leadership and corporate teams. Approve major quality decisions, deviations, and customer concerns.
