Job DetailsJob Location: Oklahoma City Housing Authority - Oklahoma City, OK 73117Salary Range: $44,113.00 - $66,169.00 SalaryA New Hire Signing Bonus of $1,000 is offered for this position. To be awarded a signing bonus, a successful candidate must sign a OCHA New Hire Signing Bonus Agreement prior to the first day of employment. Signing bonuses will be awarded in 2 equal $500 payments. The first payment will be made once the employee has completed one full 2 week pay period. The second payment will be made upon successful completion of the employees Six Month Introductory Period. SCOPE: Plan, organize and supervise the maintenance, rehabilitation, of 350+ housing units. Supervisor must maintain quality control of interior and exterior spaces, in order to provide safe, decent, and affordable housing environments. Perform maintenance work necessary for the upkeep and operation of building(s), grounds and equipment. ACCOUNTABILITY: Directly responsible to the Housing Manager with accountability to the Regional Property Manager I.
