Location: Dallas-Ft Worth, TX Reports to: Regional Vice President of Sales Engineering Travel: Regular business travel required About the Role The Director of Sales Engineering leads a geographically distributed team of Sales Engineers supporting enterprise and government customers. This role partners closely with Sales and cross functional teams to drive revenue growth, deliver technically sound solutions, and ensure a strong customer experience from pre sale through activation. This leader is both strategic and hands on—providing direction, coaching, and oversight while enabling the sales organization with deep technical expertise, strong process discipline, and effective collaboration across the business.
