DATA & AI - JUNIOR BUSINESS TRANSLATOR

Job description

JOB PURPOSE/ROLE: The candidate will join the Data & AI – Business Translation team and support functional analysis activities for AI‑based solutions aimed at injecting AI into the Company’s processes to improve productivity, operational efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. She/he will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, define functional specifications, translate business needs into actionable AI solutions, and support testing phases. She/he will also coordinate project activities with business stakeholders. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation in various business areas. - Collect and analyze business requirements for AI and automation initiatives. - Support the definition of functional specifications for technical teams. - Prepare project documentation, user stories, and functional notes. - Execute functional and user acceptance testing for AI solutions. - Assist in designing performance models and KPIs to assess initiative impact. - Support stakeholder communication and coordination across business units. - Prepare guidelines, training materials, and manuals for solution adoptio...
