Job Overview This position is a trained paraprofessional who provides personal care and other incidental care to patients as instructed by and under the supervision of the professional clinician. Pr ovide care to patients in a variety of settings, including patients under home health and hospice plans of care, residing in private homes, assisted livings, skilled nursing facilities and hospice inpatient facilities. Hours : Per Diem to 32 Hours- multiple shifts available including weekend opportunities Location : Lawrence, Lowell and Malden Area : Hospice focused patients: Job Description: Minimum Qualifications: 1. High school degree or equivalent. 2. MA Nurse Aide Certificate or NH Licensed Nurse Assistant 3. Valid driver’s license. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Prior experience including Dementia Care, Memory Care, or Hospice.
