What's the role? Our Adelaide Print Centre is currently seeking a casual employee to assist with the operation of machinery. You will be responsible for carrying out manual work which will include: Operation of machinery. Packaging newspapers in a timely manner and within allocated timeframes (Inserting magazines into newspapers) Ensure the safe operation of machinery at all times Night shift work will be required Shifts between 3 and 7 hours however, normally 3 -4 hours Who are you?: Excellent communication skills. Collaborative team player approach to your work. Strong adherence to safety policies and standards. Manual Handling capability is essential. Ability to work effectively in a time-constrained environment. Highly adaptable to work in a job-rotation environment. Flexibility to work night shifts across a 7 day roster. Availability to cover additional shifts at short notice. Previous experience working in a factory or manufacturing environment involving process working or pick/packing will be seen as advantageous.
