Job DetailsJob Location: NC Wilmington - Wilmington, NC 28412Position Type: Full TimeJob Shift: DayJob Category: Customer ServiceSummary of Position/Purpose: The Order Processing Specialist is responsible for the entry and processing of customer’s purchase orders within the set policies and guidelines. Essential Duties, Functions and/or Responsibilities: Sales order entry Work with the Accounting department to establish or revise terms per customer requests Ensure orders on credit hold are reviewed and released in a timely manner Work with the Shipping department to ensure that orders are processed in a timely manner and, in accordance with requested shipping method Ensure each order contains correct promotions and rebate codes Review backlog twice weekly to ensure all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner Open service orders for new/used/rental units prior to shipping Perform warehouse transfers Indirectly responsible for product quality Other duties as assigned QualificationsEducation and/or Work Experience Requirements: High School Diploma A minimum of 2+ years of sales related customer service tasks and responsibilities Excellent communication both verbally and in writing Att...
