Communications Manager Valmet is looking for a Communications Manager to join its global Communications and Brand team to drive change and transformation communications and support our cultural journey with communications that build understanding, commitment, and engagement across diverse employee groups, and support leaders in initiatives that reinforce strategic priorities. The role places emphasis on change communications, leadership communication, and employee engagement in a complex, global industrial environment. In this role, you will as a Communications partner for Valmet’s global People & Culture and Global Supply organizations. You will work closely with People & Culture and Global Supply leaders to translate strategy into clear, engaging, and impactful communication that supports business performance and cultural change. The role reports to the Director, Global Communications and involves close collaboration with global stakeholders across Valmet.
