Description Classification: Non-Exempt: Reports To: Maintenance Director: Summary/Objective: Provide maintenance expertise in the Processing facilities working as a team member to make sure that food products are processed according to quality specifications and customer needs. Essential Functions: Ability to Maintain Processing Equipment that Produces Products for Customers: - Hydraulic Systems: To include, but not be limited to, hydraulic motors as well as pumps, pressure switches, directional flow control valves, check valves, hydraulic manifolding, as well as piping and hydraulic fittings. - Pneumatics: To include but not be limited to, cylinders, air motors, control valves and pip-ing, and an ability to interpret pneumatic schematics. - Welding Skills: To include, but not be limited to, the use of an oxy-acetylene cutting torch, oxy-acetylene welding, copper pipe soldering, stick welding on mild steel as well as stainless steel, and TIG (Heli-arc) welding of aluminum and stainless steel. - Electrical: A basic understanding of electricity in both single phase and three phase power for 110V, 230V, and 480V; an understanding of micro-switches, solid state relays, photo electric s...
