Position Summary The Innovation Operations Specialist supports the firm’s Chief Pricing and Innovation Officer and Directors by driving operational excellence and process improvements within the Innovation team. The Specialist is responsible for managing complex operations, optimizing workflows, overseeing critical projects, and serving as a subject-matter resource to team members and stakeholders. This role requires a proactive, analytical, and solutions-oriented individual with a strong understanding of innovation processes and legal industry dynamics.
