Engineering Manager - Logistics AI Agents

What's the role? We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a high-impact team developing next-generation agentic AI solutions for the logistics industry. Every day, millions of deliveries are planned and executed across cities and regions worldwide. The systems built by this team make those deliveries smarter and more efficient smoothing drivers’ workdays, helping customers receive their orders faster and more reliably, reducing operational costs for businesses, and lowering environmental impact by minimizing unnecessary travel, fuel consumption, and emissions. In this role, you will own the technical strategy and delivery of intelligent multi-agent systems that leverage HERE location and routing APIs to tackle some of the most complex challenges in last-mile and middle-mile logistics. You will manage a team of 5–8 engineers, partnering closely with our Product Management, HERE Location Platform teams, customer-facing teams, and even customers and partners to bring AI-powered capabilities from concept to production.
