We are looking for a Manager Global Talent & Performance Management (m/w/d) for our People+ division in Munich with immediate effect. Your Tasks: - Conceptual project work within the global Talent Development Team - Further development and redesign of a global end-to-end Talent & Performance Management process, incl. succession planning - Rollout of the Talent & Performance Management process to G+D countries, incl. their enablement - Design lead and responsibility for Talent & Performance processes in SAP SuccessFactors, including their continuous improvement in collaboration with IT - Consulting and support for the global Talent & Performance Management process - Close collaboration with G+D countries and business units Your Profile: - Degree in business administration, human resources management, psychology or similar - Several years of experience in talent and performance management, as well as in managing global projects in this context - Proven end-to-end experience in the implementation and further development of global talent processes in SAP SuccessFactors - Results-driven approach to work and excellent analytical and conceptual skills - Strong communication skills and ass...
