Do you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy supporting teams to deliver high‑quality work? Are you organised, proactive, and confident working across multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment? If so, you could be the newest addition to our team as an Admin Assistant. About the role: Working Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00 on a Fixed Term Contract of 3 months, you’ll provide key administrative support across category, marketing, and operations teams. You’ll help ensure plans are delivered smoothly, accurately, and on time, supporting a range of commercial and operational activities. You will be responsible for: Supporting Category Managers, marketing, and operations teams with day‑to‑day administrative tasks Liaising with marketing teams and suppliers to support promotional activity Managing weekly vessel/shop communications to ensure clarity and engagement Implementing cost and retail price changes within the LS21 system Setting up new product lines, promotions, and supporting forecasting activities Maintaining accurate master data, ensuring ranging decisions are reflected correctly Coordinating supplier and route visits, and supp...
