The Mobile Building Engineer I I within Corporate Advisory & Solutions provides comprehensive maintenance and operational services across multiple properties with an emphasis on troubleshooting and ensuring efficient building operations. Qualifications: - Manage and maintain complex systems across multiple properties, including HVAC, lighting, and plumbing; develop advanced knowledge of HVAC, BAS, and electrical systems with the ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical systems. - Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance across properties. - Maintain records of inspections and work orders for each site. - Provide mentoring and technical guidance to junior M obile Maintenance Te chnicians while assisting with training initiatives to improve team performance. - Partner with property managers, contractors, and vendors across multiple locations to ensure smooth operations and resolve tenant issues . - Perform inspections across multiple properties to ensure compliance and optimal performance, coordinating contractor activities across sites and reporting issues. - Follow safety protocols and use PPE for all tasks ; e nforce compliance with safety standards across all manage...
