Description Corrigan Krause is assisting one of their clients, D&S Automotive Collision & Restyling, in the search for a permanent HR Generalist located in Mentor, Ohio. With nearly 50 years of experience in the automotive industry, D&S Automotive is focused on finding the right cultural and technical fit to join their growing team. As the HR Generalist, you will be responsible for the company's recruiting, safety, culture, compensation, benefits, labor law compliance and training and development areas, while also being an integral part of moving the business forward. Responsibilities: Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following: - Assist with the recruitment process by posting jobs, identifying qualified candidates, scheduling interviews, performing background checks and drafting employee agreements - Maintain existing relationships and develop new relationships with Trade Schools in the area - Attend School Career Fairs to educate students about career options in our industry - Maintain and update Employee Intranet - Perform new employee orientations and update records of new staff - Plan and coordinate company team-building events, employee volunteer program, and L...
