These projects directly support increased passenger capacity, enhance the customer experience, and support the airport’s capital investment and sustainability objectives. The PM ensures all projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance. Acting as the accountable person throughout the full project lifecycle, from concept development and business case approval to design, construction, commissioning, and handover.
