Employee Relations Consultant – AVP Location: Poland: About the role: As an Employee Relations Consultant, Assistant Vice President, you will provide expert advice and support to business divisions and corporate functions in Poland, ensuring the effective management of internal and external employee relations matters and associated risks, including legal, financial, and reputational risk. The Employee Relations team plays a critical role in the overall success of the organisation. Across the globe, State Street supports institutional investors in managing risk, responding to challenges, and driving performance. To enable this, Employee Relations partners with the business to advise on a wide range of workplace matters and to support the consistent and fair management of employee concerns across the organisation.
