POSITION SUMMARY: Acts as the primary leader on our security services contract with Amazon.com Services LLC in North Carolina (Hamlet Area). Responsible for the day-to-day management of operations on the contract, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met, achieving all contract requirements in the timelines dictated by the contract and ensuring the contract is phased in and executed within the budget set in the proposal documents. Responsible for the profit and loss of the program and is accountable for financial performance. Sets all policies and directives to ensure good order and discipline of contract employees. Ensures staffing is managed to adequately achieve the contract objectives. Staffs the contract with certified and qualified employees that meet the contract requirements. Serves a primary liaison to our client and our subcontractors.
