Description We’re looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our vibrant support center, where every day brings new challenges and exciting opportunities to grow. That means all customer interactions and internal communications are 100% in English, so a high level of written and spoken English is essential. What You’ll Do: - Provide high-quality written support to merchants and end customers, no phone calls, just smart, thoughtful messaging. - Use logic, empathy, and efficiency to meet performance goals and deliver excellent service. - Identify and escalate urgent issues to your Team Leader to ensure smooth operations. - Share ideas and feedback to help improve team processes and the overall customer experience.
