Job Overview: The Director of Sales & Use Tax leads the strategic oversight and administration of all sales and use tax operations across Macy’s and Bloomingdale’s locations. The role ensures compliance with multi-state requirements, mitigates tax-related risk, and supports financial accuracy through effective management of audits, data stewardship, and tax contingency analysis. This position strengthens Macy’s financial posture by providing expert guidance, developing tax staff, and driving continuous improvement in tax processes.
