How your fits into Boldt: As an Assistant Superintendent for The Boldt Company, you will coordinate our site construction activities and supervise our field staff including Foremen and craft employees on site to optimally complete our construction projects on schedule, within budget and in a safe manner. This includes maintaining the highest quality construction methods, while leading outstanding construction safety practices with all onsite activities.
