This is an exempt, fully on‑site leadership role ideal for a hands-on professional who excels at team leadership, operational excellence, and delivering a high-quality resident experience. Position Summary: The Community Manager is responsible for managing the community in accordance with SYNCO Properties’ policies and procedures, with a focus on maximizing occupancy, revenue, and long-term asset value while maintaining superior physical conditions and resident satisfaction.
