STARTING RATE: D.O.E. MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: 21 years old LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: State of Nevada Gaming Permit, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) Certification, Valid Driver’s License, and D.M.V. Driving History Printout (no more than 30 days old), and Proof of Unexpired Personal Vehicle Insurance Coverage. JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the overall compliance of the company related to all audit, regulatory and legal requirements. Directly supervises the Internal Audit and Compliance Departments. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. Equivalent work experience will be considered. Five (5) years of experience in casino finance, internal audit, legal or compliance areas of which two (2) years of experience must have been in a management role in a major resort/casino operation. Requires demonstrated knowledge/capabilities in the areas of internal audit and compliance. Strong oral and written communications skills required.
