OLD COLONY Y JOB DESCRIPTION TITLE: Case Manager, OCC Community Justice Support Center JOB CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt REPORTS TO : Director, OCC CJSC JOB SUMMARY: The Case Manager is responsible for the overall implementation, assessment, and administration of quality casework services at the Center. S/he will display and encourage the character traits of honesty, respect, caring and responsibility in the fulfillment of his/her job duties. JOB FUNCTIONS: Program/Department Responsibility: Supervision of Personnel: Provide training and supervision to college interns, volunteers, and/or new staff as needed. Fiscal Responsibility: Adhere to all fiscal policies and procedures such as petty cash purchase orders, vouchers and employee expenses as requested.
