This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about meeting people where they are, building trust, and removing barriers to care. You’ll join a compassionate, mission-driven team dedicated to supporting recovery, strengthening engagement, and improving outcomes for individuals receiving Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT). In this role, you will provide consistent outreach, education, and support to clients who may not be fully engaged in outpatient treatment services. Work may occur remotely, onsite, or in community settings, and includes individual outreach, group facilitation, documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary treatment teams.
