Analyst Sr., Financial MAST

Job description

This position will support the global MAST (Maritime Asset Strategy Transformation) Program by overseeing the department and program financials. This includes building, tracking, and reporting on the following items: P&L (including annual operating plan, forecasts, and year-over-year analysis), Value Realization on MAST initiatives and Financial Targets, MAST Capital Projects, Headcount reporting, and ad-hoc leadership and business requests. Responsibilities: Consolidate, analyze, and report MAST Activity from all the initiatives, capital projects and department activities, highlighting trends for Executive Management. Consolidate all submissions for the Annual Planning Process and the Quarterly Forecast Process (including running GL reports, management of GL entries) and provide it to Executive Management along with an analysis of such submissions. Preparation of materials to be used in ongoing leadership discussions (Steering Committee meetings, Transformation Management Office, ad-hoc C-Suite requests).
