Pharmacotherapy Pharmacy Technician Location: Lacey, WA: Compensation: An employee in this position can expect an hourly compensation range of $28.00/hr - $36.00/hr. The actual compensation range will depend on experience, seniority, geographic location, and other factors permitted by law. Sign-On Bonus: $5,000.00: Job Purpose: The Pharmacy Technician supports the Pharmacotherapy Clinic by assisting pharmacists with patient communication, follow‑up, and care coordination activities. This role focuses on enhancing patient access to clinical services, supporting medication management processes, and ensuring that patients receive timely monitoring and appropriate follow‑up throughout their therapy. The Technician contributes to safe, efficient, and patient‑centered clinical operations within a non‑dispensing environment. Job Duties: Skills : strong interpersonal communication skills, strong phone skills, highly proficient in Epic, and Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Word; able to quickly learn other programs and able to extract relevant information; strong organizational skills a must.
