Overview We are seeking a Progressive Care Charge Nurse, internally referred to as our Progressive Care Unit Charge Nurse or PACU RN. The PCU Charge Nurse will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and operations within the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or Step-Down Unit. They will ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, promote a positive work environment, and facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
