Reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and payments across all GrainCorp entities, while maintaining compliance with policies and procedures. In this role, you will: - Process invoices in accordance with company policies and GST legislation - Manage corporate cards and support employees in their use, ensuring compliance - Handle accounts payable queries via our query management system and phone - Support employees with expense management and card reconciliation - Create payment files and schedule manual payments as needed - Assist with reporting, journal uploads, and data analysis using Excel - Support travel users and expense systems (e.g., ExpenseMe/ProMaster) About your experienc...
