Employees | Value | Execution | Relationships JOB SUMMARY: The Safety Manager will assist the Safety Director with implementation of existing safety programs. Partnering with the RMC Executive team to support efforts in compliance and adherence to workplace safety regulations and guidelines. Will work to implement measures to prevent or mitigate risk. Inspects, audits & reviews existing procedures and policies, recommends improvements where needed. Position will be based out of Belgrade Montana, with an option for Billings Montana if preferred by selected candidate. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - Four-year occupational safety/health degree plus minimum 3 - 4 years construction/industry safety experience or equivalent combinations of training and related experience or equivalent combination of training and related experience that would demonstrate the knowledge necessary for success in the role. (example: Journeyman/Lineman) - Must have safe driving record and a valid driver's license according to legal requirements.
