AMLI Residential is looking for a motivated Groundskeeper to join our team at our luxury apartment community in Denver’s Glendale neighborhood. This full-time position (40 hours/week, day shift) plays a key role in keeping our community beautiful, welcoming, and clean for our residents and guests. 🧹 What You'll Do: You’ll help maintain the high standards of our community by: Keeping common areas, amenities, and grounds clean and tidy Preparing vacant units for new residents—including the chance to learn and assist with AMLI's make-ready process Maintaining curb appeal by raking, sweeping, and seasonal upkeep Caring for the pool and related equipment Handling trash removal and maintaining exterior lighting Taking care of janitorial supplies and cleaning equipment 💼 What We’re Looking For: At least 1 year of work experience (experience in custodial or cleaning work is a plus!)
