Sign On Bonus Eligible Default Work Shift: Varies (United States of America) Hours: 36 Salary range: $48.09 - $78.18 Schedule: Full Time Shift Hours: 12 Hour employee Department: Urgent Care (Argyros) Job Objective: Supervises and coordinates the daily operations of the Urgent Care Clinics for assigned shifts, including daily staffing assignments and coordination of department resources. Responsible for coordinating and supervising nursing staff and Medical Assistants. Monitors the performance of competency, gives verbal and written input for annual performance evaluations, as well as assisting the manager regarding the compliance of policies and procedures. Functions as a liaison for medical staff and other customers for the manager when not present. Contributes to the development of policies and procedures, performance improvement plans. Responsible for general oversight of staff orientation and development; optimal provision of quality patient care.
